Inhalation as a treatment will help you to ease your pain. We suggest you make herbal inhalation of chamomile and sage.

Be persistent but be careful not to fall asleep. Especially be careful if your children are inhaling.

Preparation:

  • Place about 3 liters of boiling water in a large bowl. 
  • Then add 3-4 pieces of chamomile (possibly in bags) and 3-4 pieces of sage. 
  • Dip them nicely.
